Specialization
I specialize in representing my customers in the purchase and sale of residential, land, and income-producing properties in northeast Florida. I keep current of transactions in these areas, keeping my eyes open for great investment opportunities, especially waterfront---oceanfront, riverfront, and the Intracoastal(ICW).
Personal
I'm a Florida native, but have lived in many places including Germany, New York City, Atlanta, Charlotte, Maryland and the D.C. area before coming home to the land I love. As an oceanfront, riverfront and Intracoastal homeowner, I understand and appreciate the joys and responsibilities of waterfront living. I was graduated with highest honor from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering. I have a technology background (15 years with IBM) and was a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch. I understand investments, 1031 exchanges, and using self-directed IRAs to invest in real estate. My hobbies include enjoying the beach with my family and friends, traveling, and being an active volunteer in the community.
