As a waterfront homeowner and investor, I understand and appreciate the joys, responsibilities and "gotchas" of waterfront property. I sell what I know and enjoy. I have also been on the Board of Directors for the redevelopment efforts in Vilano Beach since 1998 and have earned the name "Miss Vilano" from my fellow (and female) real estate agents. Additionally, I am the chair of the Scenic & Historic A1A State Scenic Highway (A1A in St. Johns County) and the President of A1A Scenic & Historic Coastal Byway (A1A is a National Scenic Byway in St. Johns County and Flagler counties, aka Friends of A1A). I am involved and receive first-hand knowledge of projects that affect the beauty of this great road and try my best to preserve and protect the wonderful quality of life we have in this area of the world. Education is important to me. I was graduated from Ga. Tech with highest honors with a degree in Industrial Engineering. I have 15 years technology experience with IBM, 2 years as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch, 3 years as the owner/publisher of TravelHost of the First Coast and 8 years in Real Estate. I have earned the certified Internet professional designation(e-PRO), am a Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), a Transnational Referral Certification (TRC) and have a broker's license. I am in the top 5% of all real estate agents in Northeast Florida.
